In the event of a conflict between those specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the specific rules expressly and explicitly state otherwise.

These Terms are written in English. In the event that a translation is provided for informational purposes, the English version shall be the authoritative and controlling version in all circumstances.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the playkaro platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform:

If at any point we have reasonable grounds to believe that a player does not meet the age requirement, we will suspend the account immediately, conduct an investigation, and — where the suspicion is confirmed — close the account and report the matter in accordance with applicable safeguarding obligations. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or under different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, playkaro will close all but the original account, void any bonus funds, and may withhold winnings derived from duplicate account activity pending investigation.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. playkaro strongly recommends enabling SMS-based two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account, which can be activated from your account security settings. You must not share your login details with any other person.

3.4 KYC Identity Verification

4.4 Currency

5.3 Bonus Expiry

Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on playkaro are subject to acceptance by the platform. 6.3 Cricket and Sports Betting

  • Match betting markets are settled on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, etc.).
  • In the event of a match being abandoned, reduced in overs, or declared a no-result, markets will be settled in accordance with the relevant sport's governing rules.

Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

8.3 Inactive Account Policy

An account is considered inactive after 12 consecutive months of no login activity. Prior to the account being designated as inactive, playkaro will send a notification to the player's registered email address. Following a further period of inactivity after this notification, a monthly administration fee of ৳200 may be deducted from any remaining balance.
